Vaccination Weeks of Action Kick-Off Call

Join the COVID-19 Community Corps for the Vaccination Weeks of Action kick-off call on Thursday, October 13 at 3:00 pm. Vaccination Weeks of Action will be a time of encouraging more people to get an updated COVID vaccine, which protects against both the original COVID virus and Omicron.
Dr. Cameron Webb, Senior Advisor to the White House COVID-19 Response Team, and partners at the National PTA and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority will address the following topics during the kick-off call:
- The latest information on the updated COVID vaccines, which help protect against Omicron.
- The importance of getting an updated COVID vaccine for the fall and winter, as people spend more time together indoors.
- How to get involved in the Vaccination Weeks of Action.
- How Campaign partners are encouraging vaccination in their own communities.
