Managing Stress for the Caregiver: GCPL Duluth Branch

This workshop, led by an expert from the Atlanta Regional Commission’s Aging and Independence Services, will provide caregivers with the tools to recognize the early warning signs of stress and how to cope with the difficult feelings of caring for a loved one. Gwinnett County Public Library is hosting this free event at the Duluth branch on May 10 from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm. Complimentary refreshments will be served.
