COVID-19 & Flu Vaccines: Berean Christian Church Gwinnett Campus

Free COVID-19 and flu vaccines will be available at the Gwinnett Campus of Berean Christian Church from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
To schedule an appointment for flu vaccines, visit fluvax.coreresponse.org. For those under the age of 18, parental/guardian consent is required and the parent/guardian must be present at the vaccination appointment.
To schedule an appointment for COVID-19 vaccines for individuals between the ages of 5 and 11 years old, visit gnrvaxped.coreresponse.org.
To schedule an appointment for COVID-19 vaccines for individuals ages 12 and older, visit gnrvax.coreresponse.org.
