Invest in Gwinnett Coalition
Your gift helps build a healthier, more resilient community.
A stronger Gwinnett starts with people working together. Your support makes that possible.
Gwinnett County is home to over 1 million people and is one of the most culturally diverse counties in the nation. Every day, people across Gwinnett face challenges getting healthcare, finding mental health support, and connecting with the resources they need.
For 35 years, Gwinnett Coalition has brought leaders and citizens together to address complex human services issues. As challenges grow in our communities, we must keep evolving our approach and work together to create meaningful, lasting change.
When you give to Gwinnett Coalition, you help strengthen the programs, partnerships, and connections that make our community stronger.
Your Support Makes a Difference
Your generosity helps us focus on three areas that matter to our community’s health and well-being: health equity, mental and behavioral health, and nonprofit collaboration and workforce development.
Whether you give once or choose to give monthly, your generosity helps support the work that brings our community together.
Health Equity
Our evidence-informed health literacy workshops focus on mental, physical, and social aspects of health, connecting preventative care to well-being. In collaboration with Georgia Access, we connect uninsured and underinsured residents to affordable health coverage.
Together, we can help more people understand their healthcare options and take steps toward healthier lives.
Mental and Behavioral Health
Resilient Gwinnett, our mental and behavioral health collaborative, brings awareness to the occurrence of trauma in young people ages 0-26. The partnerships, training, toolkits, and data-informed community strategies help support individuals and families in Gwinnett County. The collaborative works to prevent adverse childhood experiences, promote positive childhood experiences, and encourage others to practice trauma-informed care.
Together, we can build stronger connections and help more children and families thrive.

Nonprofit Collaboration and Workforce Development
Nonprofit workforce development is central to improving community health and well-being. Strong nonprofits deliver better services and support to those in need, directly improving quality of life in our communities.
Our initiative, Gwinnett Nonprofit Coalition, equips nonprofit leaders with skills and knowledge to help strengthen their organizations while fostering collaboration across the nonprofit workforce.
Stronger nonprofits can reach more people and make a greater difference.
